Began career in private practice defending manufacturers, distributors and insurance companies in trials of product liability and
personal injury matters. Briefed and successfully argued cases in the Indiana Supreme Court and Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals.Recruited to head in house product liability defense program, and successfully
restructured the risk management function, for Clark Equipment Company and its successors.
Currently Manager of Product Liability Solutions, LLC responsible for litigation management, product safety and liability prevention and risk management for selected material handling companies.

- Created and implemented winning strategies for over 150 trials (80% win rate).
- Reduced total number of pending cases by over 75%.
- Reduced settlement value of one major class of cases to near zero.
